Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 1-3 working days, after receiving your order confirmation email. 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All items are sent out with free shipping using a 2nd class shipping service.

If you require an item quicker, get in touch and we can try to arrange a faster shipping option for your order.

Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE: I don't accept exchanges, returns or refunds on personalised items unless it is a fault or mistake on my part.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you are not, we'll do our very best to make it right, simply get in touch and we will help you out.

It is vitally important that you double check any personalisation notes when you place your order, check all names, dates and other notes are correct.  Punctuation, spelling and grammar also need to be correct as we just copy straight to the personalised item and cannot be responsible for issues noticed after the item has been sent to print.

If you have noticed an error on an order you have placed and I am able to stop before it goes into production, I will try my best to make the required alterations. You can let me know by calling on 07538723995 or by dropping me an email at ASAP

If you are unhappy with your item, please return it to us within 21 days to receive a refund, not including the initial postage charge. This does not apply to personalised items where there is an error made that was not a fault of ours or the item has not been cared for in your possession. All items need to be returned in the same unused condition we sent it in and with all original packaging intact.

If the item is faulty, we will also refund the postage as well as the relevant initial postage charge(if any)
