Shipping Policy
All UK orders ready to ship will be dispatched with in 2-3 days from receiving the order. Special orders and custom made cards will be dispatched within 3-4 days from receiving the order. Orders will be sent second class via Royal mail on less special arrangements have been made between myself and the customer for a faster postage service. For international orders please contact me prior to ordering for a postage quote. If an item is delayed via Royal Mail and appears to be ‘lost in the post’ no refund will be issued on till a full investigation has been undertaken by royal mail and the full waiting time of 10 working days has passed in line with Royal mail guidelines.
Refund Policy
Returns are excepted with in the 14 days guidelines, with the exception of custom made and personalized orders. When ordering personalised cards, please make sure all wording is correct at the time of order. For an unwanted item return postage will be paid by yourself and must be in the original packaging and condition you received it in. For damaged items you must contact me the same day you received it with pictures and evidence of the damage, including the packaging.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
On cards ready to ship cancellation can be made up until time of postage, cancellation of custom made cards and special orders is not accepted once work has commenced to make the item. If the item has been sent a refund will not be issued until it has been returned to store, in the original packaging and condition.

I received my order 113034 for Handcrafted new home card, new home cards(15) the day after ordering. Service is excellent so quick. Her cards are beautiful as always. Fully recommend for the place to go for all cards
