Shipping Policy

The processing times to make items vary so check each individual listing for approximate dispatch time.  I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. 

Refund Policy

Items will not be refunded if you change your mind with them being made to order if personalised.

Refunds are only given if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect due to no fault of your own.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted if your order is damaged, defective or incorrect due to no fault of your own, you can then exchange like for like or have a full refund.

My items are personalised and made to order, therefore I cannot except exchanges.

Please notify me as soon as possible if there are any issues with your order, I will aim to rectify problems as soon as possible. When replacing an item it will be made as the original order was stated, designs and names cannot be altered or changed.
If you need to send a return to me, please notify me within 14 days of receiving your item(s), you then have another 7 days to ship the item back to me. Buyers are responsible for the return postage cost of item(s)
