Shipping Policy
Pre made items will be shipped 1 business day from purchase.
Made to order items and will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days from purchase. With the exception of Tutus which will be shipped within 2 - 3 weeks.
Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your product or have changed your mind I am happy to accept returns providing the item is unused and returned in original condition. Please return any item within 7 days and a refund excluding postage will be made.
Where an item is faulty please provide photos on receipt, and return the item within 7 days for a full refund.
Unfortunately returns are not accepted on personalised items unless an error has been made by the store.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations can be made up until the time of postage. If the item has already been sent, a refund will be made once the item has been returned in its original condition and in the original packaging.
Exchanges can be made at any point up until the items are posted. After postage, when the item has been returned in its original condition and unused, a refund will be made whereupon you can purchase your chosen replacement.
