We create a range of Artisan cold Process soaps, Glycerin Soaps, Shampoo bars, Bath products and Home Scents (wax melts) as well as wickless (flameless) candles. We also have a range of car diffusers. Each product is hand made so there may be slight differences in each batch (visual) although the recipes stay the same.
Proud to be a member of The Guild of Craft Soap & Toiletry Makers.
The Guild has two very specific aims:
1. To raise awareness of the legislative standards that are in place that apply to craft soap and toiletry products – specifically EU Regulation 1223/2009 (Cosmetics Regulation)
2. To register as members of the Guild crafters who work in compliance with this legislation and who hold relevant public liability insurance
All products are compliant and fully insured.

Shipping Policy

Due to the currant situation postal services may be delayed! Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders will be dispatched the same working day if received before 11am subject to availability. Your parcel will be sent out 2nd class . Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days but this is not a guarantee.

Refund Policy

All products are securely packaged to prevent damage but in the event your products arrive damaged or not delivered then please contact us and then we will raise a dispute with the carrier. After which a full refund or exchange will be arranged after we receive the products which must be unused and in the original packaging.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

As all of our products are hand crafted - from our natural soaps to our wax melts, bath products etc they are made in small batches to ensure the highest-quality is maintained.
Please ensure you order the correct item you want.
If you change your mind about your order you are within your rights to cancel your order. You will receive a full refund or exchange when the items have been returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. In the event they have already been dispatched then you the customer will have to pay the cost of returning the goods.

In the event they are damaged or not delivered then we will raise a dispute with Royal Mail or Hermes.
​If, however, you aren't happy about a product you've bought, please get in touch with us and we'll do all we can to resolve the issue quickly.
