Shipping Policy
Doing business in an open and honest way is a massive part of us. We are a small company so unfortunately, we have to charge for delivery instead of adding that cost to our products.
Once you have placed your order, we will normally make it up and ship it within 48 hours, unless it is a busy gift period. However you will be notified, by email, that we have received your order and again be notified when it has been despatched.
At present, all orders will be despatched and shipped via a Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked and Signed for service or Hermes Parcel carrier. Therefore, we will not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases. If there are any import duties, fees or charges they will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy
We offer a 30 day, money back guarantee, no fuss, on all of our full priced products. This excludes all sale products and items that are discontinued. Returns will be down to our discretion. Please note you will be responsible for going to the post office and paying for the shipping cost. Furthermore the item needs to be returned in its beautiful, original packaging and condition. However, the 30 day guarantee lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs or careless handling. We explicitly exclude from this guarantee:
- The loss, by an individual, of their Handmade Vegan Gifts product.
- Engraved products, custom made or all personalised products.
- Corrosion of any part of the product because it has been in seawater.
- Tarnishing, denting, and scratching of all steel and silver clasps and other metal products.
