Thank you for visiting Fresh off the Hook! I love to create things to make people smile and crochet has become my go to way to do this. It makes me pretty happy too and I hope that’s apparent in all of my creations. I’m adding new makes to my shop all the time so please keep stopping by to discover what I’ve been up to….and if there’s something you’d like me to create as a special commission, please do get in touch.

Shipping Policy

We aim to ship items by 2nd class Royal Mail within 1-3 days of customer order. For custom made items, please allow 2 weeks, although processing time may be shorter, depending on the item ordered. We will keep you updated with progress, however, once ordered, custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. 

Refund Policy

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Items should be returned within 30 days and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. On receipt of returned goods a refund of the original purchase price will be given.

Custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
