Shipping Policy
Postage & Packaging:
Your orders will be securely packed and dispatched within one working day. We keep the proof of dispatch secure for our record and can be provided on request. It is customers responsibility to have an updated address on ''BEAUTIFULLY HANDMADE'' as this address will be used for dispatch.
In case of multiple orders for the same product we may send the item separately keeping safety of the product.
ORDERS DISPATCH:
Orders are dispatched within one working day after clearing the payment. We dispatch Monday to Friday only and not on Bank Holidays and other public holidays.
Refund Policy
We have a seven days return policy, so if you are not happy with the product, you can return it to us in the ORIGINAL CONDITION within 14 days of its receipt. And if returned within 14 days of receiving the item and in re-sellable condition buyer will be refunded fully. For all Returns postage will be paid by buyer and shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds.
