Shipping Policy

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail, 1st class unless alternative is chosen at checkout.

  • Off the shelf merchandise will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase;
  • Personalisable merchandise will be dispatched within 72 hours;
  • Bespoke product time line will be agreed beforehand; and
  • Downloadable merchandise - a PDF/JPEG/PNG print ready file will be emailed within 3 hours of completed purchase.

Please remember: Signed for or Tracked postage is available, please choose this option at check out.

Refund Policy

In order to process a refund (physical products only):

  • please contact me within 24 hours of delivery so that we can discuss the problems that you have with your product;
  • Goods need to be returned withing 60 days of receipt in the original packaging (not the envelope sent in) and not have been used or altered in any way;
  • On receipt of product and checked for use/alteration, a full refund (inc. original postage) will be processed within 24 hours of receipt to the original payment source.

Non-Refundable items:

  • All personalised, bespoke or made-to-order merchandise is non-refundable, unless they are faulty -  Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your product;  and
  • Sales merchandise is non-refundable;
  • Digital downloadable products.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

In the first instance please contact me directly so that we can resolve any issues that you may have in the most appropriate and straight forward way.


  • as long as your product(s) have not been dispatched you will be able to cancel, and a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. This applies to both digital and non-digital products alike.
  • If cancellation is after then please refer to the returns and refunds policies.


  • if the product(s) have already been posted and is not a personalised, made to order or  bespoke item - please return this in its original packaging, unused and unaltered.  Once I have received it back I will email you to confirm that and process a refund for you.
  • digital products that have been emailed are not eligible for cancellation, refund or exchange unless faulty.

Exchange (both digital and postal)

  • Unless faulty no exchanges will be processed on personalised, made to order and bespoke products, will be exchanged. 
  • If there is an error which is an error on my part, please contact me to resolve and re-issue your product for you with corrections.
  • If products are to be posted out due to error and exchange, all postage costs will be covered by Dotty Love.
