Hi all my name is Tammy and Thank you for taking the time to visit my shop.
I love to craft and it usually starts with me making something for one of my children or a friend asks “can you make …..?” Which I do and then somebody else wants one and it grows from there….
I love to use felt within my makes. I make personalised name banners, mini bunting, Christmas decorations rosettes, keyrings, garlands, canvas pictures and so much more

Shipping Policy

Payment and Dispatch - Items held in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated. Personalised customer orders will take a little longer depending on Requirements and will be agreed by all at the time of ordering. I will endeavour to get your item made within the time frame listed on each item, although I do have a family sometimes this can get in the way of my crafting if your item is going to be delayed I will contact you to inform you of the delay. For UK Orders I post Royal 2nd class recorded delivery. Once posted I obtain a proof of postage for each item posted, so if a problem were to arise I can contact Royal Mail to try and get the matter resolved Once posted I don’t have any control over how long an item takes to reach you, I can only give you a rough estimate of delivery.

Refund Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges Just contact me within:14 days of delivery Post items back to me within:30 days of delivery I don't accept cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged • Custom or personalised orders Returns and exchange details Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to return any item that is faulty or deemed not fit for purpose. Faulty items will be accepted as long as the item is returned unused and in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt of item. Returns on personalised/made to order items will not be accepted unless damaged in transit. Buyer is to pay for return postage and obtain proof of posting or signed for postage. Please contact me before returning any of my items.
